Customer terms
Clear expectations,
before work begins.
Privacy
Account details, briefs, uploads, conversations, concepts, project records and payment references are used to deliver and support your project. Private files are stored with account-based access controls. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by TechbyKennedy.
AI-assisted discovery
The Project Assistant helps clarify requirements, explain website concepts and create visual directions. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not a finished design, professional advice or an autonomous website change. Kennedy reviews scope, pricing and all production delivery.
Concept rounds
Each confirmed page includes one concept round producing desktop and mobile directions. Generate it only after settling the layout direction. Further rounds are separately charged and remain conceptual until human refinement and approval.
Quotes and payments
A customer accepts the written quote before checkout. Unless the quote states otherwise, 50% is due before production and the remaining 50% when the agreed work is complete and ready for handover. Provider receipts confirm payment; a pending checkout is not payment.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Work outside an accepted scope is quoted separately or charged using Change Credits. Deposits cover reserved capacity and work already performed. Refund eligibility depends on work completed and unrecoverable third-party costs. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded continue to apply.
Domains and third parties
Domain availability and pricing can change until registrar checkout. Domains purchased for a customer are charged at cost unless the quote says otherwise. The customer remains responsible for renewals, ownership information, licences and third-party service terms. TechbyKennedy will not buy or transfer a domain without customer approval.
Analytics and reliability
Privacy-conscious page analytics are used to understand which parts of the website are useful. Short, sanitised technical error messages and page paths may be recorded to diagnose failures. These reports are not intended to contain project briefs, passwords, payment details or message content.
The WhatsApp button opens a conversation with TechbyKennedy using WhatsApp. Messages sent there are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms and are not automatically treated as an approved project scope.
Contact
Questions, corrections, deletion requests or disputes can be submitted through the customer portal so they remain linked to the project record.
